TRX Sprinter Row

The TRX sprinter row exercise is great for building a strong upper back, core, shoulders, and lat muscles. The sprinter knee to chest movement adds the element of performance related to running with proper form. In fact, using your body weight will help tone your body.

1. Set your body in a straight line as if you were in a vertical plank position.
2. While holding both straps, walk your feet forward until you reach a decline position you are comfortable with.
3. Pull your torso towards your fists while raising your knee to your chest.
